树干注药机核心技术的比较研究与6HZ.D625B型注药机研制

摘 要:本文对国际国内数十种树干注药机械装置的技术路线和关键技术的特点进行具体对比分析,剖析了影响树干注药机开发的树木生理学特性,探讨了各种注药机的优点和不足之处,明确了研究开发方向,并据此开发出一种能够精确计量的直压式高压快速树干注药系统——6HZ.D625B型树干注药机。 关键词:林木病虫害,农药,注射,机械 分类号:S776 文献标识码:A

Abstract:More than ten kinds of the pesticide injection syringes were compared,their designs,kernel techniques and mechanisms were studied.Their merits and demerits were compared.A new pesticide injection syringe-6HZ.D625B was designed.Its operating pressure≤25MPa,pressure maintenance≥10min,pump discharge volume is 2±0.2mL/once,injection velocity is 1~2s/once(done by hand),its weight is 6kg,with six syringe needles.
